As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

Ultimately, it’s the quality of our relationships that will determine the quality of our lives.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Our brains are always on the path toward greater complexity and coherence, hampered in their natural course only by constraints, many of which can be changed, particularly within empathetic relationships.

But let there be spaces in your togetherness and let the winds of the heavens dance between you. Love one another but make not a bond of love: let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls.
